Despite their polar opposite personalities, the two get along surprisingly well, and their loan shark business is going smoothly. One day, Shoji is approached by Narimatsu, the boss of a gang, who is like a leader to him, to join the yakuza. Meanwhile, Daisuke discovers that his girlfriend Maika is in debt.
